1. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of any application processing. Applications will only be handled after payment has been successfully received.

2. Processing Queue

Upon confirmation of payment, your application will be placed in our processing queue. Applications are processed strictly in the order that payments are received.

3. Estimated Processing Timeline

Any estimated completion timeframe provided is an approximation only. Processing duration may vary as each application is unique and subject to approval timelines, system conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Cooperation

Clients are required to provide timely cooperation throughout the application process. This includes:

  • Regularly checking email and WhatsApp messages

  • Providing requested documents or information promptly

  • Responding to queries without delay

Failure to cooperate may result in processing delays.

5. Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet Policy

VEP Services Solution is not able to resolve technical issues related to individual Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet accounts, as these are personal accounts managed solely by the customer.

While we may provide general guidance or recommend contacting TNG customer support, customers remain fully responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their TNG account is active

  • Their TNG account is VEP-eligible

  • All technical requirements are fulfilled

Technical issues related to TNG accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

6. Client Misinformation or Errors

No refunds will be provided if an application is unsuccessful due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the client. Clients bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all provided details.

7. Client-Initiated Registration

If the client independently proceeds with the VEP application after engaging our services, the service will be considered voluntarily discontinued by the client. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Completion of Service

Our service is deemed completed once any of the following has occurred:

  • An RFID tag installation appointment has been successfully scheduled

  • Payment for RFID tag postage has been processed

From this point onward, no refunds will be granted.

9. RFID Tag Collection Method

Clients must indicate their preferred method of RFID tag collection:

  • Self-collection at designated collection centres

  • Delivery via postage

10. Appointment Booking

All RFID installation appointments must be arranged only after consultation via WhatsApp to ensure proper coordination and availability.

11. Personal Data Protection

By engaging our services, clients consent to the collection, use, and temporary storage of personal documents and information solely for VEP application purposes.

All submitted data will be securely deleted within two (2) months after the successful completion of the application.

12. Amendments to Terms

VEP Services Solution reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Acknowledgment

By engaging VEP Services Solution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
